Although certainly less people have heard of the Combi Double Stroller than, say, Graco or any of the other best double stroller manufacturers, I have included this particular double stroller because I’ve seen a lot of double stroller reviews recommend it over the other more popular strollers by the most popular manufacturers. This in itself is an excellent achievement for Combi, and we should see the brand achieve more sales and make more items as a result. I would definitely prefer to pay around $200 for a stroller that is just as good as one that is around $400, which appears to be the case here. However the average rating for the Combi Double Stroller is 4 out of 5 stars so while it does have a high rating, the other more expensive double strollers do appear to have ever so slightly higher numbers.
The best point about the Combi Double Stroller is just how small and light it is – it’s the lightest double stroller that I have tested and you can never underestimate the importance of this in day to day life: Not only when you’re actually walking around with it, but also when you’re packing it into the car, unpacking it from the car, carrying it up steps (if you live in a block of apartments) and so on. Speaking of loading/unloading, the fact that the Combi Double Stroller folds in just a few seconds is also a major reason why the writers of the most positive double stroller reviews love it so much. Folding/unfolding time is undoubtedly one of the major contributors to whether you love or hate the stroller.
Other than its size, weight and folding time, current owners of the Combi Double Stroller are also pleased with the reclining seats (they are independent), carrying strap so that you can almost take it around like a backpack, and the set of 3 cup holders. There are some cons but they are minor. These include the fact that the storage space is unfortunately quite small, no doubt a result of the compact size of this stroller as a whole. Also rather small are the shade canopies which can be disadvantageous in cases where the weather is particularly bad. Finally, while there is one spare children’s cup holder, there are no adult cup holders, though of course it makes sense for the parent to use the spare child cup holder provided you don’t have a walking toddler with you! To put these problems into perspective, though, they are rather small problems indeed and the Combi Double Stroller has come onto the market and firmly asserted itself as one of the best double strollers for under $250.
