Perhaps Graco could have done slightly better with the arrangement to make them equal but it’s quite possible that this could not be improved, since the unique ‘stadium’ design (one seat higher than the other) is inherently unequal and will inevitably lead to some sort of disparity in comfort. Overall, however, these issues are relatively minor and given the price, I would recommend the Graco Duoglider Double Stroller as the best double stroller for under $150.
